This year's conference focused more strongly on Real Time Location Systems with some of the leading players in this industry outlining their latest developments and how the industry is moving forward.
Other highlights included the US Army, TNT, Ford and BP talking about how they are using Active RFID and the benefits they have gained from the implementation of this technology. TelepathX and the National Information Society Agency discussed their wide-ranging ubiquitous sensor network projects in Australia and Korea respectively, and RFSAW discussed their alternative to active RFID which is currently being deployed on the International Space Station.
