Position: Full time or part time, based in Swaffham Bulbeck, Cambridge, UK

IDTechEx seeks a telesales executive to work alongside our existing sales team. The role will be 100% phone based. Our database is International and we may require some flexibility in working hours to cover different territories. For the right candidate there will be the opportunity to develop this role.

The role includes the following duties:

Calling existing contacts to promote IDTechEx services and offers, in particular promoting IDTechEx events
Generating new leads through cold calling
Updating company database
Logging all conversations and lead enquiries
Opportunity for sales of further IDTechEx products and services

We are looking for the following qualities:

At least 1-2 years of successful telesales or other sales experience
Comfortable in achieving a high number of calls per day
Ability to engage with existing and potential customers
First class communication and customer care skills
Able to prioritise workload under pressure
Motivated and enthusiastic team player who is also able to work on own initiative

Remuneration

£12,000 - £16,000 pa depending on experience.
