Strategic Business Development on both national and international scale with expertise in retail and manufacturing industries. Equipped with over fifteen years of effective management and execution experience with Polo/Ralph Lauren as Lead Operations Manager based in New York City, and New Day Creations as Vice President of International Sales & Marketing based in Beijing China. Created and developed "R1-BOX" strategic business initiative then successfully assessed, engaged and selected "best of breed" RFID solution companies to form strategic alliances with global RFID solution providers for go-to-market execution securing five commercial RFID vertical projects within China for 2006 take-up. Effectively taken the R1-Alliance Eco-system from concept to reality. Achieved R1-Alliance recognition as a sub-committee of China's Ministry of Information Industry (MII).
