Mr. Kahani was nominated to be the CEO of PowerID Ltd. After serving as the Executive Vice President of Power Paper's PowerID Division from the beginning of 2006. Prior to that, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Power Paper for four and a half years. Before joining Power Paper in 2001, Erez served as the director of business development and controller at Gilat Satellite Networks (Nasdaq: GILTF), a world leader in satellite communications. As controller, he was responsible for the establishment and management of the company's budget and was very involved in Gilat's initial public offering on Nasdaq and several follow-on public offerings. Erez holds a B.A. in economics and Business Administration from Tel Aviv University, where he also completed three years of MBA studies.
