The vision for the development of organic electronics at Acreo is to take printing technology into production of novel electronic functions on large-area flexible substrates by using ink formulations based on electroactive materials. The previous and ongoing projects are covering a wide range of devices and applications such as displays, transistors, ID-functions, indicators, security functions etc. The activities span from basic research towards development of in-line production processes for R2R low-cost large-scale production.
