• Born and raised in the Chicago area. Currently living in Rockton, Illinois
• B.S. Electrical Engineering Degree from the Milwaukee School of Engineering in 1986.
• Career has consisted of various engineering and sales roles with manufacturers of automated processes since 1986.
• Served as engineer, product manager and sales executive for a paper machine builder throughout the 1990's for the North American market.
• Transitioned into the paper converting, stationery manufacturing,and label converting industries in 1999.
• Supplier member of TLMI (Tag and Label Manufacturers Institute) since 2004
• In recent years, author of numerous RFID related articles appearing in Label and Narrow Web, Packaging and Converting Intelligence, TLMI Newsletter, Labels and Labeling, packagePRINTING, and BFL&S (Business Forms, Labels and Systems) trade publications.
