Biography

Mr Masashi Kagawa joined Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corp. appointed in 1988. He has worked as system engineer, designing and operating network systems and platform services. Since 2003, he has been assigned RFID business. He is in charge of the activity for RFID pilot program (consignment enterprise) of METI, and works as a main member of RFID project in NTT Communications.
