Bolton Payment card: case study

IT Project Manager with Bolton Metropolitan Borough Council, working particularly on smart cards, single business account and Web One stop Shop. wendy has worked for BMBC since March 03 started as project co-ordinator for the National Smart card project work package that Bolton was leading on, looking at cross regional use of smart card for Transport, E-Money and Authentication.
