Karl Brooks has worked at British Airways for more than 17 years, after graduating with a Mathematical Sciences degree. He has spent time managing, designing and developing both small tactical and major strategic computer solutions. He is currently an Innovations Consultant within the Technology Exploitation team, looking for opportunities to introduce new technologies, specifically looking forwards to Heathrow Terminal 5 (2008). Technologies include Biometrics, RFID, Mobile Technologies and "exploitation of the technologies that our passengers choose to carry".
