Speaker BiographyKonrad Herre joined Plastic Logic in September 2007 as Vice President, Manufacturing for Dresden operations. He is responsible for the team in Dresden and oversees the extensive ramp-up, as well as the subsequent production process in the Dresden FAB, including business partnerships. Konrad has held several positions in large, international microelectronics companies previously, including President and COO of X-FAB Semiconductor Foundries, Vice President Production Logistic Fiber Optics with Infineon and most recently COO and member of the Managing Board of ZMD AG as well as President of ZFOUNDRY. Company ProfilePlastic Logic's mission is to lead a revolution in the way people acquire, organize and consume information. We are using our proprietary technology leadership in plastic electronics to create a range of innovative products. Our first product, focused on reading digital content, will enter the marketplace in early 2009.
