I completed general studies and computer courses at Madison Area Technical College.
I went to the Learning Center at Wausau Insurance Companies in 1993 for Human Factors in Engineering, Safety Management 1&2 and Associate Training.
I started in the Refrigerated Industry in 1986.

From 1986 to 1999 I worked in the Fast Food Refrigerated Distribution Industry.

I am extremely dedicated and detail-oriented professional with an extensive record of improving operations in the Refrigerated Trucking Industry to achieve unprecedented cost-efficiency utilizing proven expertise in the following areas, Loss Prevention, Risk Management, Safety & Security Policy, Operations Management, Team Building & Training, Customer Relations, Crisis Management, DOT/OSHA Compliance, and Incident Investigation.
Possesses extensive knowledge of FDA, USDA, HACCP, C-TPAT, DOT and OSHA regulations as well as Carmack Amendment.
