Robert Wildman currently leads product and process development for Tollcoating.com's Oregon manufacturing facility. Primarily gained while employed by Eastman Kodak, his experience is

focused on precision roll-to-roll coating and includes formulation, solution preparation and delivery, web treatment, coating application, drying and curing, conveyance, inspection, slitting,

sheeting and packaging. Wildman has spent the majority of his career evolving new products from the laboratory scale to full-scale manufacturing. Through this work he has developed extensive skills in root cause analysis, defect mechanisms and characterization, design for manufacturrability, process control, quality systems, six sigma lean manufacturing and statistical

analysis.
