Speaker CVThomas J. Pennaz is Chief Technology Officer of Aveso, Inc. Pennaz brings to Aveso over twenty years of experience in the high volume production of printed products. During his career, he has led numerous successful efforts to commercialize printed products in the areas of RFID, electro-luminescent lamps, conductive circuits and functional smart labels. Before joining Aveso, Pennaz served as Operations Manager for MACtac, a subsidiary of the Bemis Company. He holds 21 patents and has several patents pending in the areas of ink formulation, RFID, EL structures and functional labels. Pennaz holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
