講演者の経歴 (Ivo Locher)

Ivo Locher studied electrical engineering in the field of signal processing at UCLA. There, he was pursuing his M.Sc with focus on digital speech processing. In Fall 2002, he joined the Wearable Computing lab of Prof. G. Troester at ETH Zuerich for his PhD. During his time at ETH, he also served as reviewer for conferences such as the ISWC International Symposium on Wearable Computers. His dissertation in 2006 focused on the integration of electronic functionality into fabrics.
Since Spring 2006, he is head R&D for electronic fabrics at Sefar Filtration.
