Wavetrend Technologies Ltd is a world leader in the innovation and development of Active ULR (Ultra Long Range) Radio Frequency Identification. The company's primary focus is the innovative design, research, engineering and manufacture of an extensive technology platform of hardware, software and infrastructure components. The entire platform is based on a beacon type operating principle and operates in the 433.92 MHz band.

Speaker Bio

Campbell Tingey is the Chief Operating Officer of Wavetrend Technologies and is based in the UK at the corporate headquarters in Richmond, Surrey. Prior to joining Wavetrend in January 2004, Campbell was a Principal and co-founder of Frontiers Capital, a UK based technology venture capital fund focused in the early-stage wireless market. Campbell formed Frontiers Capital in March 2001 with two partners after a successful buy-out of a FTSE250 corporate venture fund. Prior to Wavetrend, Campbell spent ten years in the investment banking and venture capital industries with leading institutions including CSFB.
