Speaker Biography (Chris Nice)

Chris Nice joined Liquavista in January 2009 as senior engineer/project manager for VideoFLiCs. The VideoFLiCs project is a collaborative project with Plastic Logic aimed at developing a display combining Liquavistas electrowetting reflective media and Plastic Logics organic TFT backplane. Before Liquavista Chris worked for numerous start-up companies developing processes and materials for display and opto-electronic applications, including Plastic Logic and Cambridge Display Technology where he was responsible for development, documentation and transfer of OLED and EP display fabrication process technologies. Chris began his career at British Telecom research laboratories working on device fabrication process development for novel opto-electronic components used in high speed data transmission networks.
