Speaker Biography (Leonard Tender)

Leonard M. Tender earned a BS in chemistry from the Massachusetts institute of Technology and a PhD in analytical chemistry from the University of North Carolina. He has been at the Naval Research Laboratory since 1997 where he is a branch head.
