Speaker Biography (Kari Ronka)Dr. Kari Rönkä received his M.Sc. degree in applied physics and Dr. Tech. degree in electronics manufacturing technology from the Helsinki University of Technology (TKK), Espoo, Finland, in 1991 and 2001, respectively. In 1996 - 2006 he was working in Nokia Networks and Selmic in several line, project, technology and business management positions related to electronics manufacturing engineering. In VTT since 2006, he has worked in several senior reseacher and technology manager positions in areas of micromodules, packaging and printed functionality. Currently he is working as Product Line Manager for Printed Hybrid Systems in Printed Functional Solutions knowledge center. His research interests include technology, concept and commercial issues for smart system integration, printed functionality and plastic integration.
