At Berkeley, Dr. Sutija developed novel microelectrode arrays in the UCB Microlab, and was a Hertz Fellow research associate at Lawrence Berkeley Labs. Dr. Sutija did postdoctoral work at the Center for Materials Technology, Univ. of Oslo, before becoming founding CEO at SiNOR AS (now REC-SiTech), a producer of electronic and pv-grade silicon ingots. Prior to joining Thinfilm in January, 2010, Dr. Sutija was SVP, Product Marketing, at FAST, a Microsoft subsidiary. He has also served on the boards of Norwegian technology firms SensoNor, Birdstep, and Owera.
