Company Profile (Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey)

Research at the Nano-materials and Devices Group lead by Prof. Manish Chhowalla at Rutgers University involves fabrication and characterization of electronic devices based on low dimensional materials such as fullerene, single-walled carbon nanotubes, and graphene. Our research focuses on incorporation of these nano-materials into macro-scale electronic devices via solution processing. One of our main goals is to translate the exciting fundamental properties of these nano-materials into the performance of macro-scale devices.
