Speaker Biography (Simon Jones)Dr. Simon Jones supervises the research and development efforts for lithium primary and advanced rechargeable technologies at Contour Energy Systems. Dr. Jones works closely with Contour's partners at universities, national laboratories and other institutions for the licensing and development of other advanced battery technologies and platforms. Dr Jones received a D. Phil in Chemistry from the University of Oxford, UK, and is the author of over 30 scientific publications. He has over ten years experience in materials research for emerging technologies, including electrochemistry, organic electronics and nanotechnology.
