Speaker Biography (Noriyuki Kawashima)

Noriyuki Kawashima received the B.E. degree in material engineering from Kyoto University, Kyoto, Japan in 1996, and the M.E. degree from the University of Tokyo, Tokyo, Japan, in 1998.
He joined Sony Corporations Research Center, Tokyo, in 1998 and was in charge of the fundamental research on low-temperature poly-Si TFTs and Si dot memory until 2002. He is currently working on the process development and characterization of soluble organic semiconductor TFTs at Sony Advanced Materials Laboratories, Tokyo, Japan.
