Since 2005 Koichi Mizugaki is a manager of Production Engineering & Development Div., at SEIKO EPSON CORP. He is in charge of development for metal wiring by inkjet technology. Before joining the Production Engineering & Development Div. he used to be a designer at SEIKO EPSON CORP. semiconductor Div.
