Speaker Biography (Eli Alon)

Eli Alon, CTO of Cellergy, is responsible for Cellergy's research, product and process development. He has over 25 years of experience in R&D and project management. Prior to joining Cellergy, he was section head of process R&D at Tower semiconductor, a pure-play independent foundry for 8 years. He was, more than 15 years, project manager and development engineer at Eureka Technologies, a design and development company - developing products and technologies for the industry, irrigation, house hold appliances, printing industry and more. His academic portfolio includes a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering, and M.Sc. in Materials Engineering at the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.

Company Profile (Cellergy)

Cellergy Ltd. is part of the Israeli PCB group. The company develops and manufactures electrochemical double layer capacitors (EDLC) known as supercapacitors. Cellergy was founded in the year 2002 as manufacturer of low cost supercapacitors produced by employing the company's unique screen printing technique. Cellergy Ltd. produces large range of flat, bipolar aqueous supercapacitors. The company has a manufacturing site and R&D center in Israel.
