講演者の経歴 (Wayne Cranton)Wayne Cranton, Professor of Visual Technology at Nottingham Trent University, has been working in thin films and displays research since 1991, is the Research Coordinator in the School of Science & Technology and is a founding partner of the UK DisplayMasters Programme. As the Head of the Displays Research Group at Nottingham Trent, he has developed a novel high intensity electroluminescent technology for use in near to eye displays, and is working on laser processing techniques for printed and flexible device fabrication based on inorganic thin films. 会社紹介 (Nottingham Trent University)The Displays Research Group at Nottingham Trent University is actively involved in the technology of electronic materials for displays, laser processing for plastic and printed electronics, thin film device fabrication and characterisation. Collaborative research projects are concerned with application of novel developments from thin film electroluminescent display work to the emerging field of flexible and printed electronics. This includes the use of excimer laser processing of inkjet printed nanoparticulate materials to realise functional electronic layers on plastics, deposition and processing of light emitting devices on plastics, and the use of luminescent materials in printed security product for packaging applications. |
