Pradeep Gandhi, Manager, Business Development
 
Pradeep Gandhi is responsible for building business solutions in different vertical domains like healthcare, manufacturing/retail-warehouse, transportation etc for Cisco's active RFID/Location Based Services strategy. The Business partners includes ISVs , middle-ware partners, active RFID tags manufactures and System Integrators.
 
Pradeep joined Cisco thru Airespace acquisition where he was responsible for OEM business development with Nortel which accounted for more than 50% of Airespace revenue. Prior to Airespace Pradeep led business development at ONI and later at CIENA (CIENA acquired ONI) for key telecom accounts like Qwest, WilTel, SBC. In addition, Pradeep was responsible for Business Development for the APAC(Asia Pacific countries) and India . Prior to ONI/CIENA, Pradeep was product manager for LAN devices at National Semiconductor.
 
Pradeep earned a Bachelor's degree in engineering from University of Bombay, Master's from Florida Institute of Technology and MBA from San Jose State University. Pradeep suffers from addiction to running, enjoys hiking with his wife and making Indian music with his two daughters.
