Speaker Biography (Katsuaki Suganuma)

Katsuaki Suganuma is a professor of ISIR (Institute of Scientific and Industrial Research), Osaka University from 1996. He received a degree of Dr. Engineer from Tohoku University, Japan in 1982. He became the deputy director of ISIR in 2010. He has focused on lead-free soldering, conductive adhesive and printed electronics.
