IN-CORE Systemes designs and manufactures high speed quality control equipments for printed and plain surfaces. After very quick master patch learning of all repetitive patterns, the printed surfaces are inspected continuously whatever registration organization, with automatic and dynamic elasticity adjustment. During the inspection the system detects flaws and monitors the registration period or geometrical position of printings / hot stampings. Major fields of application are printed electronics like RFID antennas and flexible circuits, coated laminated and metallized films for a range of industrial and security applications. Automatic inspection is going beyond the aspect defect detection and provides accurate classification for root cause analysis, trend data for process improvement, roll data to optimize slitting, and rewind control for increased throughput.
