Mr. Schroeter (52) is founder and CEO of NANOIDENT AG. He is a visionary serial entrepreneur with many years of experience as founder and managing director of innovative hightech companies. Prior to starting the NANOIDENT AG activities, he founded BioID AG and directed the company as member of the supervisory board, management consultant and main shareholder to the leading European biometrics company with more than 80 employees in Europe, USA and Asia. Under his guidance, BioID developed the world's first and leading multimodal biometric system, based on simultaneous recognition of face, voice and lip movement. BioID AG was successfully sold to a public traded company. Mr. Schroeter has 20+ years of experience in the development, management and financing of technology companies and has built up an impressive worldwide network of contacts with decision-makers and influencers in industry and government.
