講演者の経歴 (Shigeyuki Iwasa)

Shigeyuki Iwasa received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in Industrial Engineering Chemistry from Science University of Tokyo in 1990 and 1992, respectively. He received Ph.D. degree in Applied Chemistry from Waseda University in 2005. He joined NEC Corporation in 1992 and was working on the research and development of resist materials for ArF excimer laser lithography from 1992 to 2000. He has been engaged in the research and development of Organic radical battery since 2000. He is now a Principal Researcher in Nano Electronics Research Laboratories at NEC Corporation.
He received The Photopolymer Science and Technology Award in 1998, National Commendation for Invention in 2007, and The Chemical Society of Japan Award for Technical Development in 2008.
