He is employed by the U.S. Army RDECOM-Armament Research and Engineering Center at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ. Dr. Fuchs conducts research pertaining to energetic materials, energetic materials printing, warheads technology and explosive safety. Employment highlights include: awarded the Department of the Army Research and Development Achievement Awards in 1989, 1999, 2002, 2003, and 2009 and the Army Research and Development Achievement Award for excellence in Leadership in 2009, He is a member of the Army Insensitive Munitions Board and the RDECOM-ARDEC Energetic Material Qualification Board for Explosives. Speaker Biography (James Zunino)Mr. James Zunino is a Factor IV Materials Engineer within the Materials, Manufacturing and Prototype Technology Division, located at the U.S Army Research, Development and Engineering Center (ARDEC), Picatinny Arsenal, NJ. He holds a Master's of Business Administration and a B.S in Chemical Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology. Mr. Zunino serves as the ARDEC Subject Matter Expert on flexible electronics, material printing, and novel ink development. Mr. Zunino works with customers and end users to develop prototypes and provides solutions to help meet needs and requirements. Mr. Zunino serves as an ARDEC Project Officer for several Army Programs.
