He drives strategic partnering activities, and assists the sales team with commercialization partnering. He also manages the company's IP portfolio and licensing program. Prior to joining Time Domain, he was a member of the UK's Defense Evaluation and Research Agency attached to the US Missile and Space Intelligence Center. He holds Bachelors and Masters degrees in Physics from Oxford University.
