Speaker Biography (Reinhard Wecker)

Reinhard Wecker, 53, has a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering. He has 32 years experience in the PV business and 25 years in "Automotive Solar Business". After 12 years employed as development engineer (developed the swimming encapsulation for crystalline cells = the basis for today's spherical bended automotive modules) - project leader (designed and build several types of modules and systems) - head of a business unit (started "automotive solar business" from scratch to 20M). DM - founded ASOLA in 2001, he helped developed the company from scratch to 100M in revenue and profitable from the start.
