Speaker Biography (Anton Lesnicar)

Anton Lesnicar was born in Munich, Germany in 1971. He received the Dipl.-Ing. degree (M.Sc.) from the "Technische Universitaet Muenchen" and the Dr.-Ing. degree (Ph.D.) in power electronics from the "Universitaet der Bundeswehr" in Munich, Germany. In 2006 he joined the BMW Group working on the development of drive trains for electric vehicles. During the production of the MINI E in 2008 he was responsible for implementation of the electric drive train. Currently, he is the chief engineer for the MINI E - project, USA.
