Speaker Biography (Jon Anderson)Jon Anderson is currently employed as Enquiry Services Manager for Cambridgeshire Libraries, responsible for the development of the information service delivered across all public libraries in Cambridgeshire. For the past four years he worked as library project manager for the refurbishment of the Central Library in Cambridge which re-opened in September 2009. During this period he also oversaw the successful roll-out of customer self-service based on RFID technolgy at the largest service points in the County.
