Company Profile

CESI (CHINA Electronics Standardization Institute) is a nonprofit institution engaged in standardization and conformity assessment activities in the field of electronic information technologies.
Authorized by government competent departments, CESI organizes to develop national and industrial standards for electronic information technologies based on the principle of consensus and transparence, being devoted to the interests of the public and promoting scientific and technical development; and to participate in the international standardization activities in the field of electronic information technologies to safeguard legitimate national interests.
In accordance with the rules and regulations developed by the National Committee for supervising Certification and Accreditation CESI operates product certification, quality system certification, safety and EMC tests, measurements and calibration to provide both trading sides with evidences for impartial assessment and assist the government in regulating marketing practice so as to promote trade and protect consumers' legitimate rights and interests.
What CESI is doing ties up with people's living quality and the development of electronic industry.
The competence of CESI has resulted from its many years' efforts and closer cooperation with experts from enterprises, industrial departments, academic bodies and governmental organizations in different professions and trades.
The objective of CESI is to become an authoritative institution for standardization and conformity assessment in the field of electronic information technologies.
