Presentation Summary
SHIFT Project is sponsored by European Union (EU), which is aiming at novel flex PWB (rigid, flex and Rigid-flex) and new manufacturing technology development. PWB embedding technologies are applied into both flex and rigid-flex PWBs in order to achieve HDI design plus 3D printed electronics miniaturization architecture. Major challenges of E-Flex manufacturing assembly technology are also discussed.
