  • The European Union-sponsored SHIFT Project is aiming at novel flex PWB and new manufacturing technology development.
  • PWB embedding technologies are applied into both flex and rigid-flex PWBs in order to achieve HDI design plus 3D printed electronics miniaturization architecture.
  • Major challenges of E-Flex manufacturing assembly technology are also discussed.
