Creo Traceless(tm) object marking and sensing technology combats fraud, product counterfeiting, and provides tracking & tracing of any single item, using unique IDs from the Creo® taggant(s) particle(s) positioning that is random and unique to each label, package or object. Because of optically and forensically-invisible tagging levels (< 2 ppm), the presence of Creo taggant is only detectable with Creo readers, and eliminates the ability of counterfeiters to copy the material, because it cannot even be found through the most advanced forensic trace analyses. The system allows for easy pass/fail detection or absolute precision in single object tracking. By mixing the Creo Traceless taggant in a material, both security modes and track & trace features are enabled.
