Bill Wilson graduated in Law at King's College London and, following a year working and playing Rugby in France, started work in Advertising at Thomson Regional Newspapers as a Sales Executive. Joined Mills and Allen in 1981 and finally left - after four stints at the company - to set up Atlas, which was a consortium of Regional Poster Companies, in 1993. Was appointed Group Sales Director for Score Outdoor in 1999 and then left in March 2002 to take up his current position as Operations Director of The Outdoor Advertising Association.
