John Seaner is vice president of industry development for EPCglobal US. Mr. Seaner is responsible for working with companies across multiple industries - from Consumer Products & General Merchandise to Healthcare & Life Sciences, Automotive & Industrial, Electronics & High Technology, Aerospace & Defense and others - to drive adoption of the EPCglobal Network™ by understanding critical business needs and requirements within each market sector.
 
Mr. Seaner has more than 14 years' experience in market development, product strategy, and corporate planning for leading supply chain solution providers and business process outsourcing firms operating in a variety of vertical markets.
 
Prior to joining EPCglobal US, Mr. Seaner was vice president of global products for QRS Corporation, a California-based company that provides strategic sourcing, logistics resource management, data synchronization, and other business process solutions to companies worldwide. While at QRS, Mr. Seaner developed and managed programs for some of the world's leading companies, such as Target, Sara Lee, JC Penney, Unilever, Kraft Foods, Procter & Gamble and Johnson & Johnson.
 
Mr. Seaner also served as director of worldwide channels and alliances for Tradex Technologies, a leading e-marketplace software provider based in Atlanta, Georgia, and as vice president of marketing and business development for Prophet 21, Inc., a provider of enterprise software solutions based in Yardley, Pennsylvania.
 
Mr. Seaner holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Temple University. He is an acitve member of the CMO Council, Software & Information Industry Association, and Business Marketing Association.
