Speaker Biography (Frank Kriebel)

Frank Kriebel studied electronic engineering at the University of Technology Dresden received his degree and subsequently completed a Ph.D., assembly technologies of large area chips using adhesives and solder. Since 1982 he has been working in several fields of microelectronics, interconnection technologies, sensor components, 3-D packages and Microsystems. Frank Kriebel is one of the founders of KSW Microtec (1994). He has responsibility for research & development, co operations and new technologies. With more than 10yrs experience in the RFID field as well as in high volume production processes he coordinated national funded development projects.
