Betsy Moran, Ph.D, M.B.A.
 
Betsy Moran is currently holds the position of Technical Marketing Manager in the BioSciences Division of Whatman Inc., responsible for the market applications of the FTA® product family and the 903® filter papers line. Dr. Moran started with Whatman in January 2001 as a Sales Specialist for the FTA product line and moved to Technical Marketing in 2002. Prior to joining Whatman, Dr. Moran held the position of Life Science Specialist with the Sigma-Aldrich Company and was with Sigma-Aldrich for 5 years. Prior to joining Sigma-Aldrich, Dr. Moran held the position of Research Instructor at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center, Department of Radiation Oncology and Cancer Center. In this role, Dr. Moran was engaged in breast, prostate and brain cancer research. Dr. Moran received her Ph.D. from Clark University in 1986 and an M.B.A. from Nichols College in 1994.
