The systems provide 100% inspection of printed, patterned, and un-printed materials, either on continuous web (reel-to-reel) or sheets. For printed electronics applications, the systems inspect 100% of each repeat and detect defects such as mis-registration, shorts, opens, cracks, "mouse-bites", and substrate defects.
