Speaker Biography

Alberto De Conti is Director of the Global Innovation Group of Levi Strauss & Co. He is in charge of both the creation of a sustainable innovation process and the definition of global innovation strategies across the Company's Brands.
 
He has joined LS&CO in April 1997 where he has held various positions including Product Development, Sourcing, Brand Management and Strategic Marketing. Before joining LS&CO he spent 5 years in the private sector working on a range of cutting-edge biochemical applications.
 
Alberto holds a doctorate in Food Science and Technology from the Università di Milano, where he conducted experimental research in industrial enzymology. He is also an International MBA graduate at the Vlerick Business School of Leuven.
 
Alberto lives in Belgium and is father of two children.
