Copy and Paste the FTP Address into Windows Explorer.
Press Go – there will be an automatic prompt for the username and password; please use the above.

If you are not asked for login details or there is an error message please try the following: 
Click on Page (or Alt+P) and select "Open FTP Site in Windows Explorer".
You will then be asked for the username and password.
