Gala Award Dinner

Wednesday November 30 7.30am - Gala Awards Dinner commences 9.00am - The IDTechEx awards will be presented 9.30am - Evening Finish

LOCATION The dinner will take place in the Ballroom of the Hyatt Hotel on the first floor. The Hyatt is attached to the Convention Center.

The menu is as follows: Crisp Skinned Amish Chicken Breast, Mushroom Risotto, Lemon-Thyme Glaze Vegetarian option: Green Tea Soba Noodles in a Sesame -Ginger Soya Broth with Rice Wine Marinated Barley, Daikon Radish and Soba Leaf Mexican Chocolate and Cardamom Bread Pudding, Orange Creme Anglaise
