Terms and Conditions

Reports and Subscriptions:

All fees are fully inclusive of postage costs where applicable. Hard copies of reports are dispatched by courier (If delivery to outside of the UK) or first class post (if delivering within the UK) within one week of receiving payment. Access to electronic versions of reports is enabled within 72 hours of receipt of payment.

Licenses are for one person only unless indicated otherwise. Multi user licenses are available, please email for details.

Electronic versions of reports are non refundable. We recommend you view samples pages first where available. Printed copies of reports are refundable within seven days of receiving the report provided they are returned in pristine condition. A 25% restocking and administration fee will be charged in these circumstances. Only one promotional code may be used per purchase.

Events and Conferences:

The following applies to attendees only - sponsorships and exhibitions are subject to different terms and conditions as detailed in those contracts of engagement.

Hotel and travel costs are not included in the conference fees. Substitutions may be allowed at any time, but please let us know. Cancellations must be made in writing to 28 days before the event with a 15% cancellation fee. Unfortunately after that date the full registration fee applies. IDTechEx reserves the right to alter the location or content of the event. Only one promotional code may be used per purchase.

All Products:

IDTechEx Ltd reserve the right to not accept orders. In such cases, the full amount paid (if any) will be refunded. Only one promotional code may be used per purchase. Credit card payments taken online are processed in the UK. Some credit cards may add a fee because of this to the customer, please check with your credit card company. This is outside the control of IDTechEx (we do not receive the fee), it depends on your credit card company. Please do not send us credit card details by email, which is insecure.

Tax:

On multiple product orders you may be charged VAT Tax at different rates based on the Place of Supply of the goods. This currently is 20% for the United Kingdon and 19% for Germany. Tax supply registration numbers are shown on the front of the invoice to facilitate recovery of the tax where possible.
