3D printing has received a lot of media attention over recent years, billed as the technology to bring about a third industrial revolution. 3D printing encompasses a variety of different manufacturing processes, broadly grouped into seven categories. The processes are all primarily additive, with materials are deposited only where needed, as opposed to traditional subtractive processes, like machining. This results in significantly less materials' wastage, which keeps costs and environmental impact down.

The speakers, attendees and exhibitors will all have access to all co-located events. Each of these events is a leading business-orientated event in its own right, attracting key players across the value chain from investors and end-users to component and material suppliers. These well-established events attract in excess of 3500 attendees with 270 exhibitors expected.

The IDTechEx Show! at Berlin was absolutely fabulous! We had probably the busiest two days in our company’s history. It was really a good thing to have own booth at the Trade Show.
