We will illustrate Carriots capabilities by presenting the use case of a smart beer blending device, which enables customers to create 20+ types of lager beer from 4 basic components directly at the point of sale. The beer can be customized for each tap and for each customer in real time. The device also controls quality and provides live and detailed consumption information. The beer mixer is connected to the cloud and technicians can track how the device is behaving and perform remote support through an Android applications. Consumption data is also stored and pushed to external information systems to improve business performance. Data analytics allows customers to assess specific blends popularity by point of sale.
